同(tong)步(bu)帶傳動是(shi)一種(zhong)(zhong)新型的機(ji)械傳動。由于它具(ju)有(you)傳動平隱(yin)、結構簡(jian)單(dan)、傳動比恒定、耗能少(shao)、傳動效率(lv)高等特點,近(jin)年(nian)來在各國(guo)得到廣泛(fan)應(ying)用。我國(guo)自的年(nian)代引入該種(zhong)(zhong)傳動以(yi)來,吏用日益(yi)廣泛(fan),目前已(yi)用于各種(zhong)(zhong)儀(yi)器、計算機(ji)、紡(fang)織機(ji)械、醫療(liao)機(ji)械、金屬切削機(ji)床、汽車及(ji)其他通用機(ji)械中(zhong)。

同(tong)步(bu)(bu)帶(dai)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(同(tong)步(bu)(bu)帶(dai)傳(chuan)(chuan)動曾有(you)(you)多種名稱,郊定時帶(dai)傳(chuan)(chuan)動,強(qiang)制帶(dai)傳(chuan)(chuan)動.齒(chi)形帶(dai)傳(chuan)(chuan)動等。)早在1900年(nian)己有(you)(you)人研究并多次提出專利(li),但其(qi)實用化卻是在二次世(shi)界大戰以后(hou)。由(you)于同(tong)步(bu)(bu)帶(dai)是一(yi)種兼(jian)有(you)(you)鏈(lian)、齒(chi)輪(lun)、三(san)角膠帶(dai)優點(dian)的傳(chuan)(chuan)動零件,隨著二次大戰后(hou)工(gong)業(ye)的發展而(er)受到重(zhong)視,于1940年(nian)由(you)美國(guo)尤尼羅爾橡膠公(gong)司首先加以開發。1946年(nian)辛加公(gong)司把同(tong)步(bu)(bu)帶(dai)用于縫(feng)紉機(ji)針和纏線管(guan)的同(tong)步(bu)(bu)傳(chuan)(chuan)動上,取得(de)顯著效(xiao)益(yi),并被(bei)逐(zhu)漸引用到其(qi)他機(ji)械傳(chuan)(chuan)動上。
在亞洲(zhou),日本(ben)從(cong)1957年引進美國同步帶傳(chuan)動專(zhuan)利,并(bing)(bing)先后在尤聶塔(UNITTA)、三星、阪東(dong)(BA+NDO)等多家橡膠(jiao)公(gong)司制造,并(bing)(bing)實(shi)現(xian)了產品(pin)商品(pin)化。
同(tong)步(bu)帶(dai)傳動的開發和應(ying)用,至今僅50余年,但在各(ge)方面已取得(de)迅速進(jin)展(zhan),具(ju)體表現在以下幾個方面。
同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)起始于(yu)縫紉機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)。但(dan)由于(yu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)其獨特的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)優(you)點(dian)及隨著(zhu)類型增(zeng)(zeng)多(duo)、材質的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)改進,應用(yong)(yong)范圍日(ri)(ri)益廣泛(fan),并已(yi)進入齒輪(lun)、鏈(lian)、平皮帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)、三(san)(san)角(jiao)(jiao)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)等傳(chuan)統應用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)領(ling)域。其中受沖擊最大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是套筒滾(gun)子(zi)鏈(lian)和三(san)(san)角(jiao)(jiao)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)。例如,據日(ri)(ri)本有關資料報道,配(pei)有頂置式凸輪(lun)(OHC)發動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)轎車,其80%的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)配(pei)氣(qi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)已(yi)用(yong)(yong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)代(dai)(dai)替了(le)鏈(lian)和三(san)(san)角(jiao)(jiao)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)。并且隨著(zhu)德(de)國(guo)、英(ying)國(guo)等對摩(mo)托車、自行車用(yong)(yong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)專(zhuan)利(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)提出,也(ye)有代(dai)(dai)替滾(gun)子(zi)鏈(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)趨(qu)勢(shi)。在(zai)紡織機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)械上過(guo)去多(duo)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)三(san)(san)操帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong),但(dan)隨著(zhu)能(neng)量(liang)損耗(hao)成(cheng)為主要矛盾后,美、英(ying)、德(de)、日(ri)(ri)本的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)紡織機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)械已(yi)逐步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)用(yong)(yong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)來(lai)代(dai)(dai)替。此(ci)外在(zai)一些要求精密同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)打印機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、傳(chuan)真機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)及各種辦(ban)公(gong)自動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)械上,同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)更有無(wu)可爭辯的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)優(you)勢(shi),而(er)得到了(le)廣泛(fan)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)。隨著(zhu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發展(zhan),近年(nian)來(lai)世界(jie)各國(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)生產(chan)量(liang)劇增(zeng)(zeng),以(yi)日(ri)(ri)本為例;1974年(nian)在(zai)日(ri)(ri)本的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)產(chan)量(liang)僅為三(san)(san)角(jiao)(jiao)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)產(chan)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)8%,而(er)在(zai)1974~1984年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)10年(nian)中,隨著(zhu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)廣泛(fan)應用(yong)(yong)’,三(san)(san)角(jiao)(jiao)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)產(chan)量(liang)下降了(le)20%,同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)產(chan)量(liang)卻增(zeng)(zeng)加了(le)4倍。這種趨(qu)勢(shi)目(mu)前還(huan)在(zai)繼續(xu)發展(zhan)中。
隨著(zhu)同步帶傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)應用范圍日益擴大,對同步帶傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)的(de)要求(qiu)也隨之變(bian)化(hua),由過去僅求(qiu)得(de)同步傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)而發展為既要求(qiu)同步傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)又能(neng)(neng)傳(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)動(dong)力。由此使同步帶在材(cai)質上、尺寸參數上及理論研(yan)究上向著(zhu)高(gao)性能(neng)(neng)高(gao)強(qiang)度的(de)領域發展。
首先在(zai)(zai)材質組成上,由原采用(yong)的聚(ju)氨醋橡膠(jiao)基體一(yi)鋼絲.承(cheng)載繩(sheng)發展為有更高(gao)強(qiang)度(du)(du)、更耐(nai)(nai)(nai)磨、耐(nai)(nai)(nai)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)的氯丁橡膠(jiao)基體一(yi)玻(bo)璃纖(xian)維承(cheng)載繩(sheng)一(yi)尼龍包(bao)布(bu)。目前在(zai)(zai)日本、美國(guo)己在(zai)(zai)研制能(neng)耐(nai)(nai)(nai)更高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(130度(du)(du)以上)的氯磺化聚(ju)乙(yi)烯(xi)耐(nai)(nai)(nai)熱合成膠(jiao),在(zai)(zai)承(cheng)載繩(sheng)上也開(kai)始采用(yong)韌性為滌綸兩倍、強(qiang)度(du)(du)與鋼近(jin)似的耐(nai)(nai)(nai)腐蝕、耐(nai)(nai)(nai)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)的芳綸合成纖(xian)維來(lai)代(dai)替玻(bo)璃纖(xian)維,從而使同(tong)步帶能(neng)在(zai)(zai)大功率傳(chuan)動及各種特(te)殊條件下工作。
同時(shi),隨著同步(bu)(bu)帶(dai)(dai)傳(chuan)動(dong)傳(chuan)遞動(dong)力要(yao)求的(de)提(ti)出(chu),促使同步(bu)(bu)帶(dai)(dai)在(zai)結構、尺寸參數(shu)、齒(chi)(chi)形相應有(you)很(hen)大變化。在(zai)一(yi)般(ban)工(gong)業用的(de)同‘步(bu)(bu)帶(dai)(dai)上(shang),由(you)原(yuan)為(wei)許(xu)多國(guo)家(jia)采(cai)用的(de)模數(shu)制改采(cai)用對強度及傳(chuan)動(dong)特(te)性更合理的(de)節距制,并(bing)已(yi)統一(yi)為(wei)國(guo)際標準。而在(zai)齒(chi)(chi)形上(shang)為(wei)適應高轉(zhuan)矩、高速(su)的(de)需要(yao),由(you)美國(guo)尤尼羅爾和固特(te)異橡(xiang)膠公司提(ti)出(chu)了 STD高轉(zhuan)矩傳(chuan)動(dong)),STPD<超轉(zhuan)矩準時(shi)傳(chuan)動(dong))的(de)圓弧齒(chi)(chi)同步(bu)(bu)帶(dai)(dai)齒(chi)(chi)形系列(lie)來代替(ti)梯形齒(chi)(chi),此種同步(bu)(bu)帶(dai)(dai)傳(chuan)遞功率可達(da)(da)370KW,速(su)度達(da)(da) 50M/S。目前已(yi)在(zai)美、西(xi)歐、日本等國(guo)成(cheng)批生產使用。
